March 11 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Turn back time with us at this month’s community meeting and mixer at the Historic Heights Fire Station. Enjoy timeless refreshments & snacks while getting to know the story of the Heights, then and now. We have a great evening planned with charismatic special guests and history buffs…

Author Dawn Adams Cole, who was just on Houston Public Media, and is currently on a book tour, will join us to talk about “Drops of Cerulean”, her novel that’s a story of love, loss, and rebirth in the Heights, spanning from the 1930s to present day.

Mister McKinney, founder of the Houston History Bus and proclaimed as the “Sherpa to our Past” by PaperCity Magazine, will use big blow-ups to give a visual history lesson on Houston (and the Heights) through the years.

Cousins Cynthia Anhalt & Debbie Greenbaum, owners of AG Antiques on 19th, will share the story of their business’ building, which has been in their family for generations.
