GENERAL MEETING IS SECOND MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH --7 p.m. at the Heights City Hall and Firestation, 107 W. 12th @ Yale.  Our very special guest on Feb. 8 will be Annise Parker, Houston's new Mayor.  She will speak briefly and answer a few questions.  She is Houston's 61st Mayor, one of only two women to hold the office.  Also, she is the only person in Houston history to hold the offices of council member, controller and mayor.
